Write to editor@yourtennistime.com. There is no telephone line and no live chat; email is the only channel, and it is monitored rather than staffed, so a reply may take a few working days.

What we can help with

• Factual corrections. If an entry describes a hotel inaccurately — a facility that has closed, a location described wrongly, a detail that has changed — tell us what is wrong and we will check it and amend.
• Suggestions. If you know a property that genuinely belongs in one of the four categories, send it. We read every suggestion; we add very few, because the point of a short index is that it stays short.
• Editorial questions. Why a hotel is in one category rather than another, why something is not listed, how the coordinates work.
• Rights and permissions. Queries about text or images used on the site.

What we cannot help with

We cannot make, change, confirm or cancel a reservation. We hold no inventory, no rates and no availability data, and we have no access to any hotel's booking system. We also cannot pass messages to a property, chase a refund, or intervene in a dispute between a guest and a hotel. For anything to do with an actual stay, contact the hotel directly — they are the only party who can act.

We do not sell advertising, sponsored entries or placement, so enquiries of that kind will not receive a reply.
